i am, 53 years old and i bought this house under the assumption i could refinanse it and reduce the monthly payment . well it has,nt worked that way ,iam a single parent raising 15 year old . She,s doing well in school and i do,nt want to lose my home. i was shot in a drive by shooting in 1987 and lost the use of my left arm. iam very willing to work . ive never asked for anything before ,but iam inbetween a rock and a hard spot. my pay ment on this home is$ 2,800 a month this is why am asking for help thank you
